Canadian cannabis company Tilray (TLRY) is hiring Andrew Pucher, a former managing director at Goldman Sachs (GS), for a senior M&A role, said Dealreporter’s Dane Hamilton, according to contacts. Hamilton cites two sources familiar with the matter on the hiring news.
