United States President Donald Trump said he would make his pick for the next Federal Reserve chair known "tomorrow morning," moving the announcement up from next week.
"I've chosen a very good person to head the Fed," Trump told reporters late Thursday local time while on his way to attend a screening of "Melania" at the Trump Kennedy Center.
"It's going to be somebody that is very respected, somebody that’s known to everybody in the financial world. I think it's going to be a very good choice. I hope so," he added.
