Iraq extends airspace closure for 72 hours

 Iraq's Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA) extended the country's airspace closure for another 72 hours on Saturday.

The new closure will last from Saturday until noon on Tuesday. It affects all arriving, departing and transiting flights.

The measure was initially implemented amid tensions following the United States-Israel operation against Iran.
