The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) assessed on Tuesday that "there may be increased fire" from Iran in the coming hours, as United States President Donald Trump's deadline approaches.
"The IDF emphasizes that at this stage, it is necessary to exercise vigilance, alertness, responsibility," the Israeli military wrote on X, urging the citizens to follow the directions of the Home Front Command. The IDF confirmed that the public will be notified "if changes occur in the situation assessment."
"The IDF is prepared for defense and offense," it was concluded.
