Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported on Saturday that it completed the latest phase of its military operations, which involved "large-scale" attacks on the United States bases in the region, including in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait.
According to the Iranian state news agency IRNA, the Iranian military said it targeted the al-Dhafra airbase in the UAE using missiles and drones to destroy an advanced early-warning radar system, hangars for maintaining MQ-9 drones, and sites linked to the US reconnaissance aircraft.
The IRGC also said it hit the Ali al-Salem airbase in Kuwait, using cruise and ballistic missiles to damage its radar systems, fuel storage sites, and two runways used by American aircraft.
