Kenneth Hillan, President, R&D, will leave the company on October 15, however he will continue to serve on the board. CFO Tobin Schilke will leave the company on September 30. Zeryn Sarpangal, Chief of Staff, will assume the role of CFO on October 1. Chief Scientific Officer Lee Swem will leave the company on September 24. Chief Business Officer Liz Bhatt will assume the role of COO on July 26, and will assume oversight of the company’s technical operations in addition to her current corporate development responsibilities.
