BeiGene announces proposed Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

BeiGene is offering 65,600,000 ordinary shares, as part of a global offering, including a Hong Kong public offering of 5,904,000 ordinary shares. We anticipate that the public offering price will be between HK$94.40 and HK$111.60 per share, or between approximately $12.03 and $14.22 per share based on an assumed exchange rate of HK$7.8491 to $1.00.
