Illumina, Pacific Bio deal faces significant FTC scrutiny, Capitol Forum says
Illumina’s (ILMN) deal to acquire Pacific Biosciences (PACB) will face “significant FTC scrutiny” due to questions about both existing and future competition, Capitol Forum said in an article to its subscribers, citing its analysis of gene sequencing market dynamics.
