BMO Capital analyst Matthew Luchini raised his price target on Spark Therapeutics (ONCE) to $114.50 and kept his Market Perform rating after its announcement of being acquired by Roche (RHHBY) at that price. With the boards of both companies approving the deal, the analyst also expects shareholders to support the transaction.
