FDA OKs emergency use of Quest SARS-CoV-2 test

The FDA has approved the emergency use of Quest Diagnostics’ (NYSE:DGX) HA SARS-CoV-2 assay for the qualitative (yes/no answer) detection of nucleic acid from the coronavirus in nasal swab specimens, including specimens obtained with the company’s Self-Collection Kit
