- Under priority review status, the FDA has accepted ADC Therapeutics' (NYSE:ADCT) marketing application for loncastuximab tesirine (Lonca) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- Agency's action date is set at May 21, 2021.
- Lonca is also being evaluated in Phase 1/2 (LOTIS 3) trial in combination with ibrutinib in patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL or mantle cell lymphoma, and Phase 3 (LOTIS 5) confirmatory trial in combination with rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
