FBI confirms suspect flying ISIS flag from truck used to mow down partiers in New Orleans

 Shamsud-Din Jabbar flew an ISIS flag in the pickup truck he used to senselessly mow down partiers ringing in the New Year on Bourbon Street, the FBI said in a statement.
