NOLA terrorist posted Facebook videos pledging to ISIS, threatening family minutes before attack

 New Orleans killer terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar posted a barrage of deranged ISIS videos on social media just minutes before unleashing his deadly New Year’s Day attack, the feds revealed Thursday.  

Jabbar, a 42-year-old Army veteran from Texas, had shared five clips on Facebook where he confessed his alignment to the Islamic terror group and expressed a desire to kill, the FBI said – as investigators released a timeline of his movements in the lead up to the massacre.

The last recording was shared less than 15 minutes before the ISIS flag-carrying terrorist rammed into revelers on Bourbon Street with a pick-up truck at about 3 a.m. – killing 14 people and injuring dozens more.

In the first video posted at 1:29 a.m., Jabbar said he’d initially planned to kill his family and friends but was concerned that news headlines wouldn’t focus on the “war between the believers and the disbelievers,” FBI counterterrorism official Chris Raia said.

Jabbar also claimed in other clips that he had joined ISIS before the summer and even offered up a last will and testament, Raia added.

The killer recorded the videos while en route from Houston to New Orleans in the rented Ford F-150 Lightning EV he used to carry out the attack, according to the feds.

He had picked up the truck in Houston on Dec. 30, the FBI said.

Once he arrived in New Orleans, Jabbar was spotted on surveillance video planting IED’s on the intersection of Bourbon Street and New Orleans Street at some point between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.

“The IED was inside a cooler, and many people stopped and looked at the cooler and then continued on their way,” Raia said.

At 3:15 a.m., FBI bomb technicians recovered two other devices in coolers dumped on the corner of Bourbon Street and Orleans St, as well as an intersection two blocks away.

The timeline emerged as investigators revealed Jabbar acted alone – despite earlier suggesting that he may have had help in carrying out the deadly onslaught.

“This was an act of terrorism. It was premeditated and an evil act,” Raia said.

Jabbar was shot and killed in a firefight with cops just after mowing down his victims.

An ISIS flag was found in the pickup truck driven by Jabbar.

He flew a black Islamic State flag on the back of his truck during the attack.

Investigators also found guns and what appeared to be an improvised explosive device inside the vehicle.
