Unilever buys US supplement brand

 Unilever PLC announced on Thursday it closed an agreement to buy Grüns, a "fast-growing" US greens supplement company, move aligned with its focus on premium beauty and wellbeing segments and the US market.

The firm said the deal is expected to close later this year, but did not disclose terms.
