'Why the Covid-19 Vaccines Had to be Forced on the Entire Planet'

The information below was presented by Dr. Harvey Risch* on February 26, 2024, while speaking at the U.S. Senate on: “Federal Health Agencies and the COVID Cartel: What Are They Hiding? Roundtable Discussion.”

Dr. Harvey Risch, Speaking at US Senate, February 26, 2024

Dr. Rich’s full, unedited presentation:

“I'm talking today about the crushingly obsessive push to Covid-vaccinate every living person on the planet.

We all know circumstantially that the virus leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, in fall 2019.  The initial cases paralleled the Wuhan subway line 2, which passes by the WIV.  The virus contains a unique 19 nucleotide genetic sequence that also exists in Moderna patents from 2017.  And various other biological and intelligence evidence that overwhelmingly implicates the WIV as the source of the leak.

The Covid-19 pandemic virus exists because it was bioengineered.  WIV scientists used Ralph Baric's genetic manipulation techniques at their insecure BSL-2 lab.  This reckless WIV work was funded by NIH through the Daszak EcoHealth Alliance Money Laundry, as well as by large DoD and USAID grants.

This work and the WIV leak was the fruit of our Bioweapons Industry that has been performing secretive and nefarious biological weapons development for the last 70 years.  The recognition of the possible accidental or intentional unleashing of an infectious agent capable of killing large fractions of humanity led to the bioweapons treaty of 1975, that President Ford signed.  The treaty prohibits the development of offensive bioweapons.  However, the one loophole of the treaty is that small quantities of offensive bioweapons are allowed to be developed, in order to do research on vaccine countermeasures.

This loophole was then exploited by our bioweapons industry for the last 50 years.  The bioweapons treaty in theory limited offensive bioweapons development to agents that would address vaccine development, so-called dual use agents or dual-use research.  This was the premise and motivation of the various virology grant applications like DEFUSE submitted to DoD and NIH funders.  The permitted rationale for development of offensive bioweapons agents is that the work leads to vaccine countermeasures.

Now fast forward to 2019.  Many billions of dollars [were] spent on the bioweapons industry over the past decades for all of this work on offensive bioweapons.  Where are the successful commercial vaccines to show for it?  Lots of vaccine research has been carried out for known harmful organisms, but minimally if at all for gain-of-function bioweapons agents.  It took a year of shoddy research to produce and test the first batch of commercial vaccines for SARS-CoV-2.  How is a year delay even remotely acceptable for military defense against a bioweapon that spreads across populations in weeks?  And vaccines are supposed to be deployed before a pandemic occurs, not in the middle of one.

My hypothesis is that both the virus origin cover-up and the forced vaccination of the entire planet were orchestrated to protect the integrity of the bioweapons industry.  Once the general public understood the reckless and cavalier behavior of the industry, and that it operated under a false and misrepresented pretense of vaccine development that has never been successfully commercially realized, it would clamor to shut down the industry.  The suppression of knowledge of the industry's reckless involvement in the Wuhan leak is an obvious cover-up.  We have proof of the cover-up from the FOIA documents involving Fauci, Collins, Jeremy Farrar and others.

My conclusion is that the reason why the whole population had to be vaccinated is to show that the bioweapons industry supposedly did have a rationale of vaccine development as part of its claimed "dual-use" research.  The vaccines are the evidence that the bioweapons industry was properly justified from the beginning.  Without a successful vaccine to show for itself in a time of pandemic crisis, especially one caused by a leak from a bioweapons industry source itself, it would be clear to everyone that the rationale for the industry's existence was a fraud from the outset.  Thus, the Covid vaccines supplied the defense against the charge that the bioweapons industry was not actually dual-use but offensive only, violating the 1975 treaty.  So the vaccines had to be dramatically pushed out, to be the "universal solution," to show that the bioweapons industry was actually working for the public good.  In this context, it did not matter what collateral damage the vaccines caused.  What mattered was that the public thought that the industry had been doing its work to produce usable vaccines, not offensive bioweapons.

'Hochul bans ‘long guns’ for Guard troops deployed to NYC subway bag checkpoints'

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul banned the use of long guns by National Guardsmen she sent to check bags at Big Apple subway stations — as she continued to defend the controversial deployment.

Hochul issued the ban on military-grade rifles “immediately after” 750 troops were deployed to the subway system, a spokesperson told The Post Sunday.

After the deployment began last week, straphangers entering the subway were greeted by camouflaged and gun-toting soldiers at bag-search checkpoints in a sight remiscent of the city after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

The move led to complaints that state leaders were militarizing the subway system, and NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell accused Hochul of treating the subways like a “war zone.”

“Stop the theater!” wrote former Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik in a post on X, adding that “the NYPD knows their job” and should be left to do it.

National Guard troops at bag search checkpoints in the NYC subway will no longer carry heavy assault weaponsGetty ImagesUnder Hochul’s new directive, some guardsmen will still be armed with assault weapons at certain postings throughout the subway, but will not carry them at the actual bag checkpoints.

Troops first appeared in the subways on Wednesday to conduct random bag checks in a major show of force Hochul said would help solve the “crisis” of crime in the subways.

“These brazen heinous attacks on our subway system will not be tolerated,” Hochul said.

“No one heading to their job or to visit family or go to a doctor appointment should worry that the person sitting next to them possesses a deadly weapon,” the governor added.

“They shouldn’t worry about whether someone’s going to brandish a knife or gun. That’s what we’re going to do with these checkpoints.”

Hochul has hit back at critics, arguing the average commuter is feeling high levels of “anxiety” on the system and that the National Guard will help “supplement” the NYPD’s efforts to keep the subway safe.

“It is more of just a physical presence where you can see — if you’re feeling anxious and you feel safer when you see someone that could protect you if you need help. If you need help, someone is there,” the governor said in a WBLS 107.5 FM interview Sunday.

“We had an unusual spike of crimes, high profile crimes, frightening crimes<” she went on. “Everyone’s thinking that could have been me. And they may be deterred from going on the trains and using the subway, and that’s exactly the opposite of what we want to have happen. We want people to feel safe and be safe.”

Subway crime spiked 45% in January compared to the same month a year prior — but dropped 15% in February, which Mayor Eric Adams credited to new NYPD patrols on the Subway.

Crime on the subway is up 13% overall for the year, according to NYPD statistics.

Hochul’s deployment of the National Guard is part of a larger five-point plan to make the subways safer, which includes:

  • Influx of 1,000 National Guardsmen, state and MTA cops.
  • Law to allow judges to ban transit assault perps from trains, buses.
  • Installation of CCTV cameras in all train cars, conductor cabins.
  • Better coordination between NYPD and district attorneys to thwart recidivists.
  • $20 million to expand Subway Co-Response Outreach mental health teams.

Great Replacement Loophole: Illegals Score 5-Year Work Benefit While "Waiting" For Deportation, Asylum

Over the past several months we've pointed out that there has  been zero job creation for native-born workers since the summer of 2018...

... and that since Joe Biden was sworn into office, most of the post-pandemic job gains the administration continuously brags about have gone foreign-born (read immigrants, mostly illegal onesworkers.

And while the left might find this data almost as verboten as FBI crime statistics - as it directly supports the so-called "great replacement theory" we're not supposed to discuss - it also coincides with record numbers of illegal crossings into the United States under Biden.

In short, the Biden administration opened the floodgates, 10 million illegal immigrants poured into the country, and most of the post-pandemic "jobs recovery" went to foreign-born workers, of which illegal immigrants represent the largest chunk.

Asylum seekers from Venezuela await work permits on June 28, 2023 (via the Chicago Tribune)

'But Tyler, illegal immigrants can't possibly work in the United States whilst awaiting their asylum hearings,' one might hear from the peanut gallery. On the contrary: ever since Biden reversed a key aspect of Trump's labor policies, all illegal immigrants - even those awaiting deportation proceedings - have been given carte blanche to work while awaiting said proceedings for up to five years...

... something which even Elon Musk was shocked to learn.

Which leads us to another question: recall that the primary concern for the Biden admin for much of 2022 and 2023 was soaring prices, i.e., relentless inflation in general, and rising wages in particular, which in turn prompted even Goldman to admit two years ago that the diabolical wage-price spiral had been unleashed in the US (diabolical, because nothing absent a major economic shock, read recession or depression, can short-circuit it once it is in place).

Well, there is one other thing that can break the wage-price spiral loop: a flood of ultra-cheap illegal immigrant workers. But don't take our word for it: here is Fed Chair Jerome Powell himself during his February 60 Minutes interview:

PELLEY: Why was immigration important?

POWELL: Because, you know, immigrants come in, and they tend to work at a rate that is at or above that for non-immigrants. Immigrants who come to the country tend to be in the workforce at a slightly higher level than native Americans do. But that's largely because of the age difference. They tend to skew younger.

PELLEY: Why is immigration so important to the economy?

POWELL: Well, first of all, immigration policy is not the Fed's job. The immigration policy of the United States is really important and really much under discussion right now, and that's none of our business. We don't set immigration policy. We don't comment on it.

I will say, over time, though, the U.S. economy has benefited from immigration. And, frankly, just in the last, year a big part of the story of the labor market coming back into better balance is immigration returning to levels that were more typical of the pre-pandemic era.

PELLEY: The country needed the workers.

POWELL: It did. And so, that's what's been happening.

Translation: Immigrants work hard, and Americans are lazy. But much more importantly, since illegal immigrants will work for any pay, and since Biden's Department of Homeland Security, via its Citizenship and Immigration Services Agency, has made it so illegal immigrants can work in the US perfectly legally for up to 5 years (if not more), one can argue that the flood of illegals through the southern border has been the primary reason why inflation - or rather mostly wage inflation, that all too critical component of the wage-price spiral  - has moderated in in the past year, when the US labor market suddenly found itself flooded with millions of perfectly eligible workers, who just also happen to be illegal immigrants and thus have zero wage bargaining options.

None of this is to suggest that the relentless flood of immigrants into the US is not also driven by voting and census concerns - something Elon Musk has been pounding the table on in recent weeks, and has gone so far to call it "the biggest corruption of American democracy in the 21st century", but in retrospect, one can also argue that the only modest success the Biden admin has had in the past year - namely bringing inflation down from a torrid 9% annual rate to "only" 3% - has also been due to the millions of illegals he's imported into the country.

We would be remiss if we didn't also note that this so often carries catastrophic short-term consequences for the social fabric of the country (the Laken Riley fiasco being only the latest example), not to mention the far more dire long-term consequences for the future of the US - chief among them the trillions of dollars in debt the US will need to incur to pay for all those new illegal immigrants Democrat voters and low-paid workers. This is on top of the labor revolution that will kick in once AI leads to mass layoffs among high-paying, white-collar jobs, after which all those newly laid off native-born workers hoping to trade down to lower paying (if available) jobs will discover that hardened criminals from Honduras or Guatemala have already taken them, all thanks to Joe Biden.

France's Macron postpones trip to Ukraine

A visit by President Emmanuel Macron to Ukraine should take place in the coming weeks, the French Presidency said on Sunday, the third time a planned trip to the country has been postponed since February.

Macron had initially said he planned go in February to sign a bilateral security accord with President Volodymr Zelenskiy. That was postponed with Zelenskiy eventually coming to Paris to conclude the accord.

Diplomats said a second date had been planned at the start of March before being pushed back to later this week.

"The two heads of state agreed to remain in close contact, notably regarding the president's visit to Ukraine, which should happen in the coming weeks," the French presidency said after the two leaders spoke by phone earlier on Sunday.

The postponement comes just days after a Russian missile missed Ukraine's president and the prime minister of Greece by hundreds of metres (yards) when it slammed into port infrastructure in the Black Sea city of Odesa. Macron had also been due to visit Odesa.

Macron has in recent weeks adopted a tougher position on Russia accusing it of being more aggressive towards France and Europe and vowing that Moscow had to be defeated.

He has called on European allies to do more urgently to help Ukraine and faced a backlash from many Western allies after he said the idea of sending Western troops to Ukraine should not be ruled out.

Two diplomatic sources said the French presidency was considering whether to broaden out the trip to Ukraine to include other Western heads of state to join Macron rather than a simple bilateral trip as an effort to show unity among allies and solidarity with Ukraine.
