Tricida indicated to open at $22.25, IPO priced at $19
Tricida (TCDA) priced 11.7M shares at $19.00. The deal size was increased to 11.7M shares from 10.3M shares and priced above the $16.00-$18.00 range. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Cowen acted as joint book running managers for the offering
