Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Elemer Piros moved to a Not Rated designation on Dynavax Technologies from Overweight after the company announced a strategic restructuring. The analyst says he can’t estimate the value of a proposed sale of Dynavax’s immuno-oncology portfolio.
