Adaptive Biotechnologies boosts IPO to ~$280M

Adaptive Biotechnologies (ADPT) has increased the size of its planned IPO to 15M common shares (from 12.5M) at $18 – 19 per share (from $15 – 17).

Gross proceeds from the midpoint should be ~$278M with a maximum of ~$328M if priced at $19 and underwriters fully exercise their over-allotments.
