Health Catalyst files for upsized IPO

Health Catalyst (HCAT) has filed a preliminary prospectus for an IPO of 6.9M common shares at $20 – 23 per share, valuing the offering at over $148M at the midpoint.
In June, it filed for a $100M offering.
