Mirum Pharmaceuticals prices IPO at $15

Mirum Pharmaceuticals (MIRM) prices its IPO of 5M common shares at $15, the midpoint of its previously announced range.
Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 750K shares. Closing date is July 22.
Trading commences July 18.
