Progyny (PGNY) has priced its
initial public offering of 10M common stock at $13/share, of which 6.7M
shares are offered by the company and 3.3M by the selling stockholders.
Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 1.5M shares.
The shares are expected to begin trading today on
the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the offering is expected to close on
October 29.
