CEO Stephen MacMillan tells CNBC his company continues to hope to produce about 600K coronavirus tests in April.
Tests are already in use after the FDA yesterday granted emergency use authorization.
Hologic (NASDAQ:HOLX) had jumped more than 20% in after hours action, but are currently ahead 7.5%. They fell 2.4% in the regular session today.
