Masimo (NASDAQ:MASI) has agreed to acquire Würzburg, Germany-based TNI medical AG for an undisclosed sum.
The company has developed a ventilation system called the softFlow 50
designed to provide high flow, warmed, humidified respiratory gases to
spontaneously breathing patients with serious pulmonary conditions.
The transaction, which will not have a material effect on 2020 earnings, should close next quarter.
