Accounting for its exit from its equity stake in Change Healthcare, McKesson (NYSE:MCK) now expects fiscal 2020 non-GAAP EPS to be $14.67 – 14.87 from $14.60 – 14.80.
It exited its equity stake via the exchange of ~15.4M MCK shares for ~176M SpinCo shares (the entity that held its interest in Change).
