Takeda to sell some assets in Europe to Orifarm for $670M

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co said it would sell selected over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription pharmaceutical products that are sold in Europe to Orifarm Group.

The sale, which includes two manufacturing sites in Denmark and Poland, would amount to about $670 million subject to customary legal and regulatory closing conditions, Takeda said.
