CNBC reports that UnitedHealth Group’s (NYSE:UNH) Optum unit is in “advanced talks” to acquire New York City-based AbleTo, a provider of virtual behavioral healthcare services, for ~$470M according to informed sources.
The price, if agreed to, represents about 10x forward revenue.
