Forma Therapeutics (FMTX) has priced its IPO of 13,882,352 common shares at $20.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$277.6M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 2,082,352 shares.
Trading kicks off today. Closing date is June 23.
