Generation Bio (GBIO) has priced its IPO of 10,526,316 common shares at $19.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$200M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 1,578,947 shares.
Trading kicks off today.
Closing date is June 16.
