ALX Oncology (ALXO) has priced its IPO of 8.5M common shares at $19.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of $161.5M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 1,275,000 shares.
Trading kicks off on July 17.
Closing date is July 21.
