Amgen invests ~$421M in BeiGene

Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) invests an additional amount of ~$421M in BeiGene’s (NASDAQ:BGNE) registered direct offering of ordinary shares, which maintains Amgen’s current pro rata ownership of BeiGene at ~20.3%.
