GoHealth (GOCO) has priced its IPO of 43.5M (from 39.5M) shares of its Class A common stock at $21.00/share (above the expected range of $18-20).
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 6.525M shares.
Trading kicks off today.
Closing date is July 17.
