Pandion Therapeutics prices IPO at $18

Pandion Therapeutics (PAND) has priced its IPO of 7.5M common shares at $18 per share.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional ~1.1M shares. Closing date is July 21.
Trading kicks off today.
