--Temasek has complained about Bayer's leadership to the company and its supervisory board chairman, and it is said to have concerns about Bayer's operating performance under Mr. Baumann and its lack of a succession plan, Bloomberg said, citing the people.
--The investor might request a no-confidence vote on Mr. Baumann at next month's shareholder meeting, though no final decision has been made on the course of action, Bloomberg reported.
