Iran’s internet connectivity rose to 86% of ordinary levels on Tuesday as mobile networks and other segments were reconnected after a record 88-day blackout, the internet observatory NetBlocks said, even as a court challenge cast uncertainty over the restoration process and the restrictions on most social media platforms remain in place.
