Ra Medical Systems 3.9M share IPO priced at $17.00


The deal size was increased to 3.9M shares from 3.33M shares and priced above the $14.00-$16.00 range. Piper Jaffray and Cantor Fitzgerald acted as joint book running managers for the offering.
