Bayer (OTCPK:BAYRY +4%)
shares rallied into the close on headlines that the company is in talks
to settle cancer cases involving its Roundup weedkiller for $10B.
Mediator Ken Feinberg said last week that he was “cautiously optimistic that a settlement will ultimately be reached.”
