Limit COVID-19 tests to those with symptoms – Roche

Only those showing coronavirus symptoms should be tested, according to Swiss diagnostics maker Roche (OTCQX:RHHBY), which said there is insufficient capacity to extend testing to the broader population.

Roche has distributed about 400,000 test kits throughout the U.S. in the past week, which can deliver results to patients in less than 24 hours.

Companies, though, can’t produce test kits quickly enough to keep up with the spread of the virus.
