Avidity Biosciences (RNA) has priced its IPO of 14.4M common shares at $18.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of $259.2M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 2.16M shares.
Trading kicks off today.
Closing date is June 16.
