Vaxcyte (PCVX) has priced its IPO of 15,625,000 common shares at $16.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of $250M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 2,343,750 shares.
Trading kicks off today.
Closing date is June 16.
