Oncology biotech, iTeos Therapeutics (ITOS) has priced its IPO of 10,586,316 shares of common stock at $19.00/share (above range of $16-18), for expected gross proceeds of ~$201.1M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 1,587,947 shares.
Trading kicks off today. Closing date is July 28.
