Nurix Therapeutics (NRIX) has priced its upsized IPO of 11M (from 8.8M) common shares at $19.00/share (above range from $17- 18), for expected gross proceeds of $209M.
Underwriters’ over-allotment is an additional 1.65M shares.
Trading kicks off today. Closing date is July 28.
