Certain Options of Repare Therapeutics Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 26-DEC-2021. These Options will be under lockup for 60 days starting from 27-OCT-2021 to 26-DEC-2021. Details: The directors and officers, and certain holders of common shares have agreed that, without the prior written consent of the representatives on behalf of the underwriters, they will not, and will not publicly disclose an intention to, during the period ending 90 days and 60 days with respect to certain affiliates after the date of this prospectus supplement.
