Repare Therapeutics Inc. shares were up 13% to $9.55 Monday after a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed BVF Partners bought a large number of shares last week.
The filing said BVF bought 420,000 shares at $8.50 each on Thursday, bringing is holding in Repare to almost 6.2 million shares.
Repare stock hit its 52-week low of $8.07 on Friday.
