Jordanian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 10 of 13 ballistic missiles that entered the country's airspace, the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army said, according to the Jordan News Agency.
The remaining three missiles fell in remote areas away from population centers, the military added.
The announcement came after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed its latest strike on US bases in Jordan killed a number of American forces.
