Bloomberg reports that privately held Boehringer Ingelheim and Merck (MRK +0.1%) have settled a patent dispute over their rival swine vaccines. Boehringer had accused Merck of infringing on three of its patents related to its vaccine against the PCV2 virus. Settlement terms are unavailable.
