Community Health Systems (CYH +8.3%) is up again, albeit on light volume. Shares have rallied over 30% since Tuesday.
CEO Wayne Smith just disclosed his purchase of 1.2M common shares at an average price of $1.99, increasing his direct stake to 3.84M shares.
EVP Ben Fordham bought 50K shares earlier this month.
