The broad market’s selloff notwithstanding, Teladoc (TDOC -6.5%) is down on average volume after the U.S. Defense Health Agency said that UnitedHealth’s (UNH -0.9%) Optum Nurse Advice pilot program ended June 30. The results are “under evaluation.”
UNH, the prime contractor, operated the worldwide 24/7 Nurse Advice Line telehealth service serving more than 9M military service members, retirees and their families as part of its TRICARE program. TDOC was a subcontractor in the program.
