Knicks fans set school bus on fire in Times Square madness

Knicks mania turned into complete insanity in Times Square when fans smashed and tore apart several school buses in the packed party hub — including one that was left completely engulfed in fire.

One bus was completely torched after the maniacs lit pieces of clothing on fire and tossed it inside — even as their fellow havoc-makers danced on the roof.

Wild footage shows the maniacs ripping the buses to shreds as they stood parked near the 42nd Street subway station.

Fans attempted to bring the same destruction down on another bus parked in the area, but the distraught owner pleaded with the maniacs to leave the truck alone, according to freedomnews.

“This is f–king up my check. This is coming out of my check!” the driver said before using his body to protect the bus from the maniacs.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was arrested in the mayhem.

Trump, Putin talk Ukraine in phone call

United States President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed Ukraine peace efforts in a phone call on Sunday, Putin's aide Yuriy Ushakov confirmed.

"The conversation was friendly and frank, and, my friends, lasted about an hour," Ushakov told reporters, adding that "Trump once again emphasized the need to end military action" in Ukraine. Trump reportedly agreed that Ukrainian strikes on civilian targets are delaying the peace process.

According to Putin's aide, the Russian leader wished Trump a happy birthday, but did not send him any gifts.

'Axios: IDF said to have notified US prior to Beirut strikes'

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) notified the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) before today's strikes on Beirut, Axios' correspondent Barak Ravid reported on Sunday, citing American and Israeli officials.

Earlier today, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered new strikes on the Lebanese capital, following Hezbollah's drone strikes against the IDF troops operating in southern Lebanon. "Israel will not tolerate fire into its territory," he wrote, after which the IDF targeted Hezbollah headquarters in the Dahiyeh suburbs of Beirut.

'Trump: Israeli attack on Beirut shouldn't have happened'

United States President Donald Trump stated on Sunday that this morning's Israeli strikes on the Lebanese capital "should not have happened, particularly on a special day when we are so close to a Peace Deal with Iran."

"Israel has the right to defend itself against threats, but the attack it was responding to was very small and meaningless, nobody was hurt, injured, or killed, and should not disrupt this important process," Trump wrote on Truth Social, adding that "we are very close to a Deal that will bring peace to the region, including to Lebanon, and all sides should stand down."

"There should be no more attacks by Israel anywhere in Lebanon, but there should also be no more attacks by any other party, including Hezbollah, against Israel," Trump noted. "This could be the beginning of a long and beautiful peace — Let’s not blow it!" he concluded.

'Hegseth: Israel was 'very measured' in Beirut strikes'

United States Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth claimed on Sunday that Israel was "very measured" in this morning's strikes on Beirut.

"We are attuned to what's happening with Hezbollah firing rockets into northern Israel, which they need to stop doing, and Iran needs to encourage them to stop doing that," Hegseth told CBS News' Face the Nation. He confirmed that "we're on track" for a "Sunday signing" of the peace memorandum with Iran.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump stated that the Beirut strikes "should not have happened."

'Iran: No definite deal to be signed at Trump's time'

Iran will not sign any deal "definitely" at the time announced by United States President Donald Trump, Iranian Fars News Agency reported on Sunday, citing officials familiar with the negotiating team.

According to the outlet, the Qatari mediators are currently in Tehran discussing Iranian terms. "Even if we go back and forth and go back in the negotiation process, Iran's basic condition is that in the end, all of its concerns are fully taken into account," an official was quoted as saying, adding that "even if all of Iran's terms are implemented, no agreement will definitely be signed at the time Trump announced."

Trump revealed that a peace memorandum would be signed today. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered strikes on Beirut, a decision seen by some as deliberate sabotage of the peace deal.
