Bayer at next week’s investor day is preparing to announce a comprehensive reorganization that will include a cost reduction program and job reduction in its consumer health division, Handelsblatt reports, citing sources. Further, the company’s board is open to a sale of its animal health unit, for which there are already several interested parties, sources told the paper.
