Skin care company Crown Laboratories Inc. on Friday said it acquired North American distribution rights to five consumer brands from GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK).
The five over-the-counter brands are PanOxyl, Sarna, Zeasorb, Desenex and Mineral Ice.
Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Crown Laboratories is a portfolio company of Hildred Capital Partners LLC.
